Fully Funded Training options for SMEs within Health & Social Care

We have secured funding from the European Social Fund and work in partnership with  Access Skills to provide fully funded trainig to SMEs within the Health & Social Care sector.

The programme is exclusive to organisations & individuals within Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire & Milton Keynes areas.

Access Skills is a sector leading Health & Social Care training provider delivering leadership and management programmes nationally with outstanding participation and achievement rates. They are a Skills for Care Endorsed Provider with strong sector partnerships and are the official training partner of the National Care Association.

Free access to Specialised Support

Providing SME sized care providers with individual support tailored to their needs, to help improve development of their workforce and operational practices and compliance. This support could include:
 
• Organisational Need Analysis to identify gaps and development opportunities
• Workforce Development Plans to address skill needs
• Coaching for managers
• Guidance around Funding e.g. Workforce Development Fund (ASC_WDS)
• Signposting to Providers and Partners
• Improved compliance including free access to QCS resources such as the PIR toolkit.


COVID 19 compliant fully funded Training and Development.

Our innovative design brings a blend of delivery methods, which are adaptable to meet individual learner and organisational needs.
  • We will increase the skills and performance of staff using flexible learning methods. 
  • Provide a wide range of accredited programmes, webinars and workshops (live and recorded), from level 2-5.
  • Topics include, Infection Control, Communication and End of Life Care.
  • Our expert tutors and assessors are readily available during office hours.

This mix of support and new technology provides flexible, effective delivery and also enables the development of greater proficiency and confidence in the use of ICT.
